A South End Engagement Session in Boston, Massachusetts
College brought Jessica and Michael together wayyyy back in 2009! Michael always said hi to Jess, but that was the extent of their relationship. It wasn’t until a few years after college until he tracked her down and persistently asked her on a date until she said yes in 2015! Their first date was at Gaslight in the South End of Boston – and you better believe they hit it off.
They balance each other out perfectly – Michael is always on the fly, charming a room of people and staying active. Jessica helps him to slow down, think ahead, and appreciate the unplanned moments. Jessica is an introverted planner, and likes to spend her down time home alone with a book. Michael helps Jessica say yes more and venture outside her comfort zone. They complete each other and are a great team, something they’re incredibly proud of!
After months of weekends away for weddings, birthdays and travel, they finally had a quiet weekend to themselves. They had plans to take their goldendoodle Yogi on a hike at a new spot in Rockport, MA. Once they got out to the rocky point of the beach, Michael got down on one knee!
They’re getting married at the Lace Factory in May 2021 and we are all SO excited to celebrate! 🙂
