A Luxurious Seaside Wedding at the View Point Hotel in York, Maine
Steph and Jason love Sundays – it’s their dedicated couple day, when they walk with their golden retriever puppy Brooklyn (the love of their lives), enjoy outdoor time, visit breweries, and browse Zillow pretending to be millionaires looking for their next vacation home. They’re driven by new adventures, and are super silly with each other.
They have a love affair with the state of Maine, which is where they got their puppy AND got engaged. Portland, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport – they love it all. Jason proposed by presented Steph with a book of memories standing by the ocean with a handwritten note that said, ” Life is a book and every day is a new page. Here’s to the next chapter in our story.” She said yes!!!
The rainy forecast may have looked daunting, but their wedding day ended up perfectly dry and sunny (with the exception of happy tears of course!) They got married at the ViewPoint Hotel in York, Maine, with a rose petal aisle overlooking Nubble Lighthouse. Brooklyn wore a flower crown, their signature cocktail was a watermelon mojito, and they let their love for Maine shine with fresh Maine lobster and clam chowder for dinner. They even had Holy Donuts (made with Maine potatoes) for dessert! They’re heading to South Africa on their honeymoon, and Steph’s sisters even performed a song and dance to “Africa” during their toast. Cheers to you, Steph + Jason!!
